At Jobs, you can calmly order your products through the order form in the webshop.
You can choose to pay by creditcard, in advance to the Bankgiro / Plusgiro / Bank account or the COD service.
We do NOT charge any administrative fees, the only extra fee is the delivery cost.
TO THINK ABOUT
Our designs are big, which means that all products are unique. Eg a tile or a coushin cover may differ in appearance from the images in the webshop. You can of cource let us know requests concerning the motives of the product, but we can not guarantee that your motives are in stock.
All Metregoods are messured in METER! 1 meter = 3.28083 feet. You can make small orders, down to 0.25 meter if you like.
DELIVERY CHARGE
At Jobs, you pay by Swedish Post table conserning letter or parcel post. Orders over 1,000 Swedish kronor will be sent free of charge within Sweden.
For all international orders, you will pay Swedish Post fee regarding letter or parcel post.
DELIVERY
Of course we do our best to delivery your order as soon as possible. We send all orders placed by credit / debit card or cash on delivery the same or the next working day. Orders payed in advanced are sent as soon as we can see the payment in our bank account.
CHANGING AN ORDER
Want to change your order?
Thats fine until we processed your order, please contact us as soon as possible and well try to ablige. Already sent orders can not be complemented, but a new order must be added.
CLAIM
Of cource, we do what we can to deliver flawless products, but sometimes it can still happen that one has to be credited.
As a private consumer, you have 2 years of complaints right regardless of the products warranty. At the complaint after the warranty period (1 year) expires, it is for the buyer to show that any faults were already there on delivery.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the time an fault is detected.
In case of a complant, Jobs will of cource pay Postal charges.
Always contact Jobs prior to returning a defective product!
CANCELLATION
If you would regret your purchase, you have 30 days from receipt of buying to return the goods!
You pay for the return postage fee.
The product must be returned unused with original packaging and labels (if available), otherwise we can not accept the return. Postage costs will not be refunded.
PRICES
All prices are inclusive of VAT, the existing terms and prices in the Webshop is in terms of your order at the time of the order.
Have you created an account with an address outside the EU, the prices will be shown excluding VAT.
Jobs reserve the right for any errors, and to change our terms and prices without prior notice.
HOW TO SHOP AT JOBS
When you decided to order a product, click on "Add to Cart" button at the goods. The product will then be placed in your basket.
At any time you can make changes to the basket, remove and add products and quantity.
When you feel that youre satisfied, go to your shopping cart and click "Checkout".
You can now choose to enter your contact information to enable us to deliver your goods, or you can create an account. Do you already have an account, it is just to log on.
You will now proceed to the checkout.
Check your shipping address and click "Continue".
Choose payment method (see details below on the different options and what they mean) and then click "Continue".
Check the order and click "Confirm Order" if you are satisfied.
Have you chosen COD or prepayment, your order is complete and an order confirmation sent to your email address.
Have you chosen payment by card, you will now automatically be redirected to MyPay where you complete your purchase.
A order confirmation is sent to your email address.
CARD PAYMENT
Payment by card. We accept payments from the most common types of cards: VISA, Mastercard.
All purchases are linked to MyPay MyPay (http://www.mypay.se) secure payment server, which means that your card information only goes to MyPay and the acquiring bank. The transfer of information is encrypted with SSL Secure Socket Layer 128-bit encryption.
Jobs will never handle your card information, which increases the security of your business.
PAYMENT IN ADVANCED
When your order in made and confirmed, you will get a confirmation email to the address you entered. It says the amount to pay to our Bankgiro 796-2111 or Plusgiro 2 53 77-3 (receiver Jobs Handtryck AB).
Payments from overseas are made to our account in Handelsbanken..
